Overview
I work one-on-one with adolescents and adults struggling with OCD, phobias, and anxiety. I am trained in Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP), the gold standard treatment for OCD. I also work with family members of people with substance use disorder and people impacted by domestic violence.
I believe that you are the expert on your own life. My role is to help you build insight and develop tools that support you in navigating life’s complexities with greater resilience and intention. I enjoy working with clients who are motivated to explore their inner world and committed to putting in the work that therapy requires.
Outside of therapy, I am a mountain biker, trail runner, and hiker. I'd love to talk with you about how nature can be a tool for healing.
