I work with clients who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, or coping with life transitions. Together, we will dive deeper into issues and collaboratively develop strategies to work towards your unique goals.
Compassion and authenticity guide every part of my work. I focus on creating genuine connections with clients while drawing from Narrative and Experiential approaches. My goal is to help clients reshape their stories and step confidently into their own growth.
