Overview
The clients I tend to work with are tired of approaches that treat their body as a problem. They're often navigating eating disorders, late neurodivergence diagnoses, and/or trauma, and they're ready for a space where healing doesn't require changing who they are.
I specialize in eating disorders, body image, trauma, and late-discovery neurodivergence using HAES-aligned, liberatory frameworks including EMDR. I serve queer and other marginalized folks virtually across Oregon, working collaboratively to build on your strengths.
