Parking instructions:
Visitors may park in any unreserved space on the 3rd floor of the parking garage, for easy access to the sky bridge to access our suite, which is located on the 3rd floor of the building.

For appointments outside of the hours listed below, please use the callbox located at the entrance to our suite to ring the front desk.

There is free parking in the uncovered spaces in the surface lots surrounding the building.

Visitor parking is available in front of the entrance to building C.
Building access:
When you arrive at the building, please make your way to the Regus suite located on the second floor of building C. Your provider will meet you in the lobby and bring you back to the Mindful Therapy Group office. If you arrive after the building hours listed below, please contact your provider directly for access.

Parking:
For parking at our Tempe location, please park in the uncovered visitor spots by the front entrance of the building. The parking lot is accessible off of N Desert Drive.
Building Access:
If your appointment is outside of the building hours listed below, please use the callbox pedestal that is located at the North entrance. This callbox will ring the building’s security desk, which is monitored 24/7. The security desk will verify your appointment and buzz you into the building. The suite is located on the second floor of the building, to the left after exiting the elevator
