I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 20 years of experience in the field of mental health, counseling diverse clients on issues ranging from anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, and more.

BACKGROUND: I have extensive work and life experiences that I find valuable in my ability to relate to clients. These experiences include a great appreciation for diverse peoples and cultures that I have met and worked with along the way. My own counseling journey after an especially painful period of my life is what inspired me to become a therapist so I can help others on their journey to recovery from painful moments in their lives.

I draw from evidence-based practices such as CBT and DBT with a recovery based perspective that focuses on your strengths as the basis for change and healing.
