Do you need a mental health day? Are you seeking change? I am here to be your catalyst. I will work with you to build the kind of environment you are seeking to be able to flourish. I draw from an eclectic mix of approaches including, but not limited to: strength-based positive psychology, humor, swearing, narrative therapy, and art therapy.

I am particularly skilled at working with career and life transition issues (job changes, being a new parent, moving, relationship changes, workplace stress, pet loss) as well as self discovery and acceptance. And I look forward to meeting you.
