I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with more than 10 years of experience in social services, behavioral and mental health, and wellness. I hold a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from Walden University. My expertise lies in helping individuals with PTSD and trauma-related issues as a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist (CCTS-I).



As a therapist, I work with adults to find balance and inner strength. I use a holistic approach that addresses the mind, body, and spirit. Whether it's specialized therapy for past trauma, skills training for emotional regulation, or traditional talk therapy, I believe in achieving wellness through a comprehensive approach. I am trained in EMDR Therapy and specialize in trauma-informed therapies that connect present-day problems to early life experiences. My practice is inclusive, sex-positive, and affirming of all gender identities, sexual orientations, and relationship models.
