Overview

I am a licensed Psy.D. in Oregon since 2014, previously licensed in California. I hold a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the PGSP-Stanford Psy.D. Consortium, with an M.A. in Psychology from Pepperdine Graduate School of Education and Psychology. I have experience in outpatient and inpatient hospitals, behavioral health clinics, service organizations, and private practice.



Specializing in individual therapy primarily for anxiety, depression, trauma, and existential issues related to them, I help clients enhance their awareness, process traumatic experiences, explore core beliefs, and collaboratively work to undo false narratives causing anxiety and mood symptoms. My client-centered and collaborative approach incorporates cognitive behavioral interventions, while also integrating humanistic, existential, brief psychodynamic, and narrative theories for effective symptom relief in the short and long term.
