I am an experienced Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience. I have worked with children, adults, and families, addressing a range of issues including ADHD, ODD, GAD, major depressive and anxiety disorders, psychotic behaviors, bipolar disorder, family systems, trauma, suicide and self-harming behaviors. I am dedicated to ongoing education to stay up to date with licensure requirements.

I strive to help them utilize their strengths and become their own agents of change. I employ proven strategies for trauma, anxiety, and depressive disorders, which are widely accepted in the field.

I obtained my masters in counseling psychology in California at National University.
