Specializing in co-creating healing spaces with Disabled and Queer adults (18+), I see the world through a working-class lens. As a scholarly, intuitive healer, I believe your stories are vital to your healing. Working together, expect a focus on ethics, meaning-making, self-trust, and increasing access to a wonder-filled, yet rooted stance towards life. Therapeutic modalities include Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family Systems, DBT-skills, and creative-expressive interventions ala Adult Play Therapy.

Building trust with clients is profoundly vulnerable yet empowering. Developing therapeutic alliance means cultivating embodied awareness, unlearning blockages, and finding comfort in graceful failure. It's an honor to witness each person I collaborate with connect to their healer within.
