Overview

I am a white, neurodivergent, pansexual, cis-male, and 2nd generation Italian-North European immigrant. I graduated from the Adler Graduate School with a degree in Adlerian Psychotherapy and Family and Marriage Therapy in 2016. My therapeutic style blends various therapy modalities including Person-Centered Polyvagal Theory, Social Justice Theory, Family Systems, and Queer Narrative Therapy.


I am a Certified Integrative Mental Health Provider passionate about helping clients achieve holistic wellness while addressing mental, relational, somatic, and systemic issues through their inner wisdom and alternative modalities. My role in therapy is less of being the expert but more so your guide on the path of self-discovery and healing.

Together we'll focus on intersections of identities, life narratives, feelings of inferiority, mistaken beliefs, and cultivating your innate creativity, social interest, and a sense of holistic wellness.
