Since 2014, Cheri has been aiding adults and adolescents in mental health through telehealth, emphasizing a safe space for tough conversations and inner healing. Her approach is collaborative, aiming to discover clients' best selves alongside them, respecting their journey and individuality.

Cheri's therapy blends CBT, DBT, SFT, IFS, EMDR, MI, creative arts, mindfulness, as well as other modalities to be tailored to each client's beliefs, culture, and needs.
