Overview
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, licensed to prescribe medications in Washington State. My practice focuses mainly on adults experiencing sleep disturbance, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and ADHD.
I approach my practice holistically, considering medical and psychosocial factors, and engage in a partnership with clients to create a wellness plan that meets their goals and increases their sense of well-being. Although my focus is medication management, I may also provide supportive psychotherapy during visits for optimal outcomes.
Education: Doctorate in nursing practice at the University of Washington (UW) and Master of Science in Nursing at the University of California Los Angeles. Post-graduate fellowship at UW in Community-Based Integrated Care.
