Overview

I have a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Ecology from Iowa State University. Among my life experiences, I have navigated the challenges of chronic pain, limited resources, and single parenthood as a queer, neurodivergent, gender expansive human. I bring a trauma-informed, supportive, non-judgmental presence to the counseling relationship to help guide others toward healing and connection while navigating the challenges of their daily life.

I spent time working in animal care, customer service, and management fields before finding my calling as a counselor. I have worked with adults and adolescents in a variety of settings.
