Overview

I have a masters degree in professional counseling with 16 years of experience working in the mental health field. My areas of expertise include women's issues, depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, life transitions, family issues, religious trauma and helping survivors of cults. I also have a speciality in addictions and working with LGBTQ+ individuals.

As a client centered therapist, I am passionate about helping my clients through the healing process. I believe in empowering my clients by creating a safe, non-judgmental environment .
