Overview

With over 18 years of experience in non-profit community mental health programs, I have a strong background in case management, counseling, and family therapy. I obtained my Master of Social Work in 2010 from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Specializing in addiction, anxiety, PTSD, domestic violence, conflict, and homelessness, my approach focuses on teaching clients skills to manage symptoms and meet their needs. I am trained in Motivational Interviewing and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy.
