Hello! I specialize in helping women dealing with issues such as trauma, grief, chronic illness and life transitions, guiding them towards resilience and post-traumatic growth. My approach is collaborative and supportive, creating a safe, judgment-free space for clients to process their thoughts, emotions, and experiences while also learning new coping skills.

In my free time I enjoy art, movies, weekend road trips, and spending time at home with my husband, daughter, and our quirky little cat. My journey from school psychologist to adult counseling has led me to diverse settings, including community mental health and private practice. With over 10 years of experience, my passion continues to center on helping people find their path from where they are to where they want to be.
