Overview

I have over 20 years experience in the mental health field. I completed my degree at New York University in 2003 continuing post graduate studies at Johns Hopkins University. I've been licensed since 2007 providing assessment, consultation, supervision and treatment with a client centered approach. I integrate a holistic approach by connecting mind, body and spiritual health recognizing that when one area improves, the others are sure to follow. Using CBT and DBT techniques, my hope is to partner with you to help you find the balance and peace of life we all crave and deserve.
