Overview

My clients appreciate that I show up authentically, with genuine compassion. I know that if I don’t show up as my real self, I can’t expect you to do that. Sessions with me are straight-shooting, a little humorous, and full of acceptance.

I believe that trauma, whether it seems big or small to you, is at the root of most mental health difficulties. Instead of behavior issues or symptoms, I look at how and why those things helped you survive in the past. I offer a safe place for you to work on yourself and find healthy ways to thrive in the future.

I have provided therapeutic care all over the mental health industry. I have worked in psychiatric hospitals, emergency rooms, community and home-based nonprofits, digital mental health companies, schools, universities, and private practice. I've worked with all ages and a wide variety of mental health concerns. I earned my original independent license in 2017, and have been supervising since 2020.
