Overview

Pain and struggle are parts of being human, and I believe we don't have to navigate those alone.

We are doing the best we can to handle what comes our way. Facing life can also be more than we know how to handle. That’s okay. It doesn’t mean we are weak or doing something wrong. Part of being human is the gift to learn and grow. Therapy is a beautiful resource for us to learn and grow, to explore different paths, and discover where you want to go.

Therapy is like building a sandcastle. The vision of the castle is yours and my hope is to offer you the building tools I have collected -the buckles, shovels, seashells, and kelp to help Therapy is the balance of us building together.
