Overview

I love working with people in general. Specifically my skills work best with older adolescents through young adulthood (16 to 30 years old) however this is not a hard and fast rule. I am a skill based therapist so if you want to learn, I am all in to go with you on your journey.

I hold a Master's of social work and was a practicing Social Worker in Maryland for 20+ years. I am trained to do lots of research- based treatment (ERP, DBT, RO-DBT, CBT, TF-CBT). I am kind-of a nerd so I can bring research in to help find a path towards a life worth living.
