Overview
As a counselor I am committed to creating a safe space for healing and growth where clients can share their stories. I work with adults who have difficulties related to anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, trauma/PTSD, ADHD, and autism.
My approach to therapy is holistic and draws from multiple evidence-based theories. Some of them are Person Centered, strength-based, and Solution Focused Therapy techniques used, depending on the client needs. Meeting clients where they are and working together to create goals for treatment.
