With 42 years as a nurse—including ICU, ER, and hospice—I’ve worked closely with people facing life’s most intense challenges. I understand how stress, grief, uncertainty, and caregiving responsibilities can overwhelm daily life. In therapy, I help clients notice and make space for difficult emotions, connect with what truly matters to them, and take steps toward a life that reflects their values.
