Overview

Hi, I’m Jade (she/her), a therapist specializing in working with current and former sex workers, immigrants, survivors of sexual trauma, human trafficking, and intimate partner violence, and individuals who are BIPOC and/or 2SLGBTQIa+. I support clients navigating racialized, sexual, gender-identity–related, and migration-related stress, complex trauma, and substance use through a relational, trauma-informed, and liberation-oriented lens.

I utilize EMDR alongside talk therapy to help clients reprocess traumatic experiences, challenge deeply held and often survival-based beliefs, and move toward a renewed sense of equilibrium after complex and compounded trauma. My work centers on rebuilding self-trust, reclaiming personal agency, and creating space for greater joy, safety, and freedom.
