Overview
I work with adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and other mental health challenges that can make daily life more difficult. I aim to help clients better understand what they’re experiencing, feel more balanced, and find practical ways to move forward.
As a board-certified PMHNP, I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and individualized treatment. My approach is collaborative and evidence-based, with medication when appropriate and attention to the broader factors that influence mental health and well-being.
Starting treatment can feel overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be. I strive to create a comfortable, straightforward environment where you can feel heard, ask questions, and work together toward meaningful change.
