Overview

Hello and welcome! My name is Pam Green (she/her). I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (#MC61325934) in the state of Washington. I earned my B.A. from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and my M.A. in Counseling from the University of San Diego.

I specialize in individual therapy for adolescents and adults (ages 16 to 65) in my practice. My clinical focus is on assisting folks with anxiety, relationship issues, low self-esteem, trauma, LGBTQIA, women's issues, enhancing creativity, and more.

I prioritize an approach that emphasizes safety, collaboration, and empowerment. My therapy style is client-centered, providing a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can be your authentic self. I often utilize CBT, DBT, Expressive Arts, Narrative Therapy, Family Systems Theory, and Attachment Therapy when working with clients.
