Overview
My passion is to help others increase self-awareness surrounding emotional, mental, and behavioral patterns that are often automatic and subconscious. These can be limiting beliefs, core wounds from childhood, emotional triggers and reactions that negatively affect yourself and your relationships, behaviors like people pleasing, passive aggression, anxiety, withdrawal from others, self-sabotage, or ineffective communication and coping strategies. I am trauma informed so processing out loud your trauma and life challenges in a supportive and compassionate space is the first step in healing. I also offer skill building in communication, emotional attunement, boundary setting, core wound reprogramming and getting to a secure place within yourself and in your relationships.
