Overview
I began my counseling experience working in early childhood development doing intensive home-based family therapy. As a mother, I feel the most impactful helping parents break unhealthy family patterns that result in complex trauma. My therapeutic approach is based on creating a safe space for true authenticity and self-awareness. I am passionate about treating the whole person and recognize the intricate relationship between mental, emotional, and physical health. In addition to a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I obtained a diploma in Integrative Healing Arts in order to use evidence-based counseling practices along with holistic healing practices.
