I work with individuals navigating a variety of emotional and life challenges. While I primarily support teens and adults between the ages of 13–40, I welcome individuals across other age ranges as well! Therapy provides a supportive space to better understand your experiences, develop healthier patterns!
My approach to therapy is collaborative and down-to-earth. I work alongside my clients to better understand what’s going on beneath the surface, while building insight, confidence, and healthier ways of coping. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel safe, heard, and understood. I help teens and adults navigate life!
