chSome people come to counseling to process difficult experiences or emotions; others to problem-solve, gain perspective, or navigate a transition. There is no right or wrong place to start, and you’re welcome to share as much or little as feels comfortable. You don’t need to have everything figured out, just a willingness to begin
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I have extensive experience supporting adults through life transitions, grief and loss, relationship challenges, caregiver stress, trauma, medical, mental health, substance use concerns, and families who are involved with NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness).
