Feel stuck, and need some guidance? What about someone who can cheer you on but yet hold you accountable? I am here to support you in different points of your life. I approach therapy using transparency, and letting you be your authentic self.
I am familiar with ADHD and Autism. Neurodivergent people are my wheel house! I also work using a harm reduction approach, and used trauma informed care. I am trained in DBT and CBT, and TF-CBT as well.
