Overview
My ideal clients are adults and couples who feel stuck in patterns shaped by trauma, anxiety, relationship distress, or major life transitions. They are often insightful and resilient, yet exhausted from carrying old wounds, longing for relief, clarity, and more secure, meaningful connections.
I offer trauma-informed, relational therapy grounded in EMDR, attachment-based work, and evidenced-based approaches. I support individuals and couples in processing past experiences, improving emotional regulation, strengthening relationships, and building lasting change with compassion and care.
Beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if safety hasn't always been available in relationships. You don't have to have the right words or answers to start. I offer a grounded, non-judgmental space where safety, trust, and healing can unfold over time.
