Overview
I work collaboratively with clients experiencing grief and loss, chronic illness, trauma, life changes and transitions, relationship challenges, neurodiversity, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, a need for parenting support, and systemic challenges.
My counseling and art therapy practice centers around providing a safe space for nervous system co-regulation, self-expression, attachment repair and relational connection, and for honoring developmental, mental-emotional health, and creative growth needs. I partner with clients to meet their needs and goals.
