Every person is unique, and yet we share the same core needs - to feel seen, accepted, safe and connected. I work with people of all ages, as well as with couples and families, with a focus on leaning into strengths, developing resources to make challenges more manageable, and enhancing meaning and sense of self in the world.
I support clients in navigating challenges related to anxiety, complex trauma, relationship distress, and neurodivergence. Whether in play therapy, family therapy or individual therapy, I bring a systems and attachment perspective into my sessions.
