Parking:
There is free covered parking around the entrance of the building.
Building Access:
Please contact your provider directly for access, as hours are by appointment only. When you arrive at the building, please make your way to the Regus lobby located on the 11th floor. Your provider will meet you in the lobby and bring you back to the Mindful Therapy Group office.
