Overview

With over 17 years experience as a registered nurse, Neil has served people with developmental disabilities and those affected by psychiatric and mental health disorders. He holds a bachelor's degree in Nursing, a master's degree in Nursing with a concentration in nursing service administration, and a Doctor of Education degree in education management. Neil also completed a post-master's certificate in psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner program at Regis College.

Prior to focusing on private practice, Neil gained expertise in accreditation, clinical leadership, and compliance with regulatory bodies. He has held positions in nursing leadership, clinical instruction, infection control, graduate school teaching, program recruitment, and case management. Neil is dedicated to utilizing his vast skill set to assist facilities in achieving excellence and improving patient care.
