Peta is a Washington State Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate specializing in person-centered care. She believes that her clients are the experts in their own lives and focuses on creating meaning, self-awareness, and identifying strengths to empower them. Peta is a strong believer in the potential of therapy to not only lessen distress but also enable her clients to lead a fuller, more aware, and content life.



With a background in suicide prevention and working with domestic abuse survivors, Peta has developed a commitment to providing top-notch care to LGBTQ+ clients, including person-centered gender-affirming care. She combines her expertise in mental health therapy with her personal lived experience and values to help her clients heal from trauma and develop effective coping strategies.
