LaTasha Jackson-Rodriguez is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate with a strength-based, solution- focused approach. She graduated from Brandman University with a master's degree in psychology, specializing in Marriage and Family Studies. With over 15 years of experience, LaTasha provides therapy to adults, youth, couples, and families, focusing on marriage/couple counseling, childhood trauma therapy, anger management, and individual/group therapy. Her informal, compassionate therapy style is responsive to each person's unique needs, empowering clients throughout their journey.
In addition to her work with Mindful, LaTasha is the Founder of a non-profit organization serving troubled youth and underserved families in schools and the community. She also supports youth and adults with Developmental Disabilities. LaTasha enjoys spending time with her grandbabies, watching movies, bowling, and traveling whenever possible.
