Overview
I am a licensed associate clinical social worker, specializing in adult therapy, with a background in aiding students with learning disabilities and leading a Street Medicine Program for the homeless. My work in transforming shelters into therapeutic communities reflects my commitment to supporting those with trauma and mental health challenges. Educated at UC Berkeley and USC, I bring empathy and expertise to my practice.
My approach is safe, nonjudgmental, and tailored to individual needs, employing CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused brief therapy. I focus on harnessing clients' strengths for meaningful change, ensuring they feel heard and supported throughout their journey to recovery. I have experience working with First Responders and Veterans addressing the effects of Trauma, PTSD, and Moral Injury. I have approximately 10 years of experience working with unhoused community members, Duel Diagnosis, and acute mental health conditions.
