Overview

My focus has always been on providing direct services to the individuals and communities who need them most. I strive to develop mutual trust & understanding with patients by meeting patients where they are, collaborating towards goals, & supporting patients throughout their growth process. I find it helpful to also incorporate my activities of interest into my work. I enjoy crafts, dancing, exploring nature, and finding support in the people around me. I love spending my weekends outside with my friends, family, and my dog.


I am a Registered Associate with the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists. I hold a Master's of Science in School Counseling from Capella University with continuing education in Clinical Mental Health from Walden University, and received my Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology from the University of Oregon. I have worked in the mental health field since 2020.
