Overview

I have been honored to work with clients to help shift the impact trauma holds in their life. I work with adults with various forms other trauma, including childhood trauma, sexual assault, intimate partner violence, grief and more. I work with clients with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), and other dissociative disorders as well as other mental health conditions including, anxiety, depression, and more.

Ever since I was young, I have had a curiosity about the brain and the impact mental health can have on our lives. I am a strong believer that our life experiences have a big impact on us. I utilize counseling theories such as Cognitive Behavioral Theory (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and skills from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Attachment Theory to help create change. I believe that therapy is a unique space to share and heal and place importance on nurturing the therapeutic relationship.
