Utilizing mindful techniques, I will assist you in shifting your thoughts from the past and future, and into the present moment. You will learn to experience life in the here and take control of what matters most, your life. My approach to treatment is tailored to your specific needs. I utilize a blend of interventions, including; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Family Systems, and Existential Therapy. In addition, I offer case management and advocacy when needed. Let's face it, we don’t get to choose the families, situations, or environments we are born into, but we do get to choose how hard we work toward making the most of what is given to us.
