Overview

Are you feeling stuck in your life? Are you and your partner feeling disconnected? Or are you struggling to get a handle on your relationship with alcohol or drugs? I work with individuals who want to improve their depression, anxiety, self esteem, or difficulty navigating life transitions and relationships so they can create the life they want. I also specialize in working with couples who are seeking to improve their communication, intimacy, friendship, and reestablish trust. I have extensive experience in treatment for substance use and enjoy working with couples and individuals who are managing addiction or addiction recovery.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Addictions Counselor. I am also Level II Gottman Method Couples Therapy Certified. Utilizing knowledge of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), neurobiology, general wellness, mindfulness practice, and sleep hygiene I focus on treating the whole person.
