Overview

Hello, I am Brandon Hoggans. I want to thank you for taking the time to learn more about me and the work I do at Life Guide Northwest. I come from a family of longtime public servants who I greatly respect. I was born and raised in Portland Oregon, and spent my formative years navigating the sociological and psychological impacts of poverty and disenfranchisement. This experience lends itself to my appreciation for humanity and our ability to overcome adversity. I am a graduate of Marylhurst University, where I earned a Bachelors’ degree in Psychology, and also of the University of Washington, where I completed my graduate studies in Social Work.

My expertise in therapy encompasses areas such as depression, trauma, transition issues, family conflicts, psychosis, challenges with boundaries and assertiveness, racial and cultural identity, and addictions.

While my approach is results-focused, I always prioritize maintaining a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients.
