I am committed to supporting diverse voices by affirming and guiding transformation centered in cultural awareness. I help support: -2slgbtqia+, Anxiety, Couples & Individuals, First Time Parents, First Generation, Grief & Trauma, Life Transitions & Adjustment Disorder, Multicultural & Multiracial Couples, Individuals and Families.
I use family systems, narrative, emotion-focused, solution-focused, and person-centered therapies to encourage and guide people to share, build, and redirect their stories. To empower them when facing existential questions of identity, belonging, and purpose.
Together we will identify and reinforce inner strengths, to direct your story and healing. We explore the systems that surround you, past patterns and themes in relationships, to gain perspective and affirm your experiences. Therapy is not a one size fits all process.
