Hi! My name is Brittney (she/her), a Licensed Marriage and Therapist Associate in Washington state. I take a systemic approach to care where I center you, the client, and your experiences.

Everyone is made up of many parts and it is my mission to honor each part of you fully by offering holistic care to support your mental health journey.

With a background in inclusive relational therapy I have been trained clinically on culturally sensitive care by offering a judgement free zone where I empower you to use the strengths that are already within you while learning new skills. Outside of therapy you will find me starting a new DIY project or doing my own self work to show up as the best provider for you.
