Overview

I have a passion to walk with neurodivergent individuals as they learn about and understand their symptoms, develop appropriate coping skills, and learn what it means for them to thrive in daily life.

I believe growth in therapy begins with the relationship between the client and counselor, which I attempt to build by first creating a non-judgmental atmosphere. I use person centered and CBT skills, but may also use forms of creative expression if that is more appropriate.

I am so excited to meet you and watch your growth! As we walk this journey together we will create goals and then develop coping strategies to achieve those goals. If we keep working at it, we can achieve almost anything you set your mind to!
