Overview

We are facing unprecedented issues with depression, panic attacks, body image, and addictions due in large part to the prevalence of social media and advancing technology. These influences have made our daily mental health very confusing. Having someone who can relate, listen, and help navigate our culture is essential to change.

Bringing your unconscious to consciousness will be our work together. I have a Master's in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Depth Psychology. Young adults are beginning what Jung termed as the individuation process.

Together we will identify tendencies of your persona and shadow, what changes you would like to make, and how to cope daily on your own.
