Overview

I will support you to become the best version of yourself. Together, we will explore the beliefs and experiences that have shaped who you are. These shaping beliefs and experiences come from our families, societal expectations, and feelings we may not fully express or understand. We end up feeling stuck, self-critical and helpless.

We will sort through how these expectations have shaped your self-perception, and you'll gain skills to decide what to keep and what to reject. You'll learn to distinguish problems to work through from those that reflect dysfunctional situations.

I specialize in working with young adults and adults, LGBTQ+, caregivers, and parents of youth with special needs. I particularly support people experiencing symptoms of ADD, neurodiversity, or other processing challenges. I also enjoy supporting individuals in the helping professions to help mitigate burnout and moral distress.
