My approach is traditional and relational. I believe that every child and individual is unique. I focus my practice to meet an individual’s specific needs. I am specializing in assisting children, teenagers, young adults and adults with focus on ADHD, trauma, grief, anxiety, self -esteem
issues, anger and stress management.
The counseling relationships involve acceptance and vulnerability therefore finding the “right fit” is important. I am a firm believer in connection and trust as a key in a healing process.
